   Unspoken by C.C. Hunter

Blurb:

Despite her superhuman strength and enhanced senses, Della Tsang's life as a vampire certainly hasn't been easy. Especially since she was reborn and bound to the mysterious, infuriating, and gorgeous Chase Tallman.

But if there's one thing that's always kept Della going, it's her dream of being an elite paranormal investigator. Her newest case is the opportunity she's been waiting for, but as Della tries to solve the twenty year old murder and clear her father's name. She uncovers secrets about the vampire council. And about Chase.

Feeling betrayed by all the secrets he's kept hidden from her, Della is determined to keep him as far away from her heart as she can. But she'll need his help to solve the case that will lead them into the darkest and ugliest vampire gangs in town and into the scariest reaches of her heart.

Review

This book was incredibly bitter-sweet. I loved it because it's Shadow Falls but then I wanted to cry because I realized it was the last Della novel. While it was sad to say goodbye to Della, I was happy to know that all my questions were answered.

Like the other two novels about Della, the drama is major and Della's to-do list isn't easy. She's got to prove her father's innocence, continue to balance the FRU with school, and decide which boy deserves her heart. This novel has a ton of action and some really cute moments (LIKE KYLIE'S PROMISE RING!!!).

Now the Della's story is told, I have to say that she has a great character. I never got bored with her because she always had something going on such as family drama (she's got a lot of that), boy drama, and helping her best friends. I'm so happy that Della got her happy ending and I love which boy she chose (no, I won't say who it is). I really recommend you read Unspoken and the rest of her series. You won't be disappointed.
